Coverage Period: This warranty covers the TerraFlame Element Fire Bowl for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
• The warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts deemed defective due to materials or workmanship.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence.
• Damage caused by improper modification or repair.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or guidelines.

• Provide order number, a description of the issue and any photos of damage.
• If deemed necessary, we may require the return of the defective part or product for inspection.

• Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or products.
• We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or inconvenience.
