Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
During peak selling seasons, and If we are experiencing exceptionally high order volume, shipments may be delayed. UPS and FedEX have been experiencing transit and delivery delays as well. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be notified via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
TerraFlame.com ships to residential and commercial addresses within the continental U.S. only. We do not ship currently ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico, outlying U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Confirmation, Shipment & Order tracking
You will receive an Order Confirmation email upon placing your order. A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). Usually the tracking numbers are trackable on the carrier websites within 24 hours.
We try to ship orders as soon as they are received, therefore cancellations are sometimes difficult. We will do our best to cancel your order in our system or prevent it from shipping. If the order has shipped, we will attempt to cancel the order with the carrier. If we are unable to cancel your order, we ask that you refuse the package at time of delivery and send you a return label.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
TerraFlame.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
TerraFlame.com tries our best to make sure your produce arrives in perfect condition, but occasional ship damage does occur. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours with your order number and damage in the subject line. Please include several pictures of the packing and damage so that we may continue to improve our packaging and out of box experience. We will promptly send a replacement to the damaged item.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
